I still work for that same company and we do all of our recruiting using the Crossing. It's a great way to view a candidate’s qualification before setting up an interview. It saves time for both the company that’s looking for someone to fill a position and for the person that’s looking for a new job. I give it two thumbs up.

I also love the fact that it is international, you can search for jobs from all over the world. I found several jobs in my immediate area, and posted a resume for them to see. Three of them responded within a couple of days. I was actually surprised that the online job resume posting worked. The companies contact you if they like what they see to set up an interview.
